During this 60 min event participants will discuss popular theories and models of economic dependency in Western South Dakota. We will look at cultural and historical mindsets on lifestyle choices and review the stigma that still exist today. We will discover together the underlying root causes of relational barriers and societal rules favoring each level of the social-economic classes.
